Job summary

WES Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and implementation of complex construction projects. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities include creating schedules and budgets, sourcing subcontractors, coordinating with superintendents, and mentoring junior staff. A solid background in site construction is essential, with Water/Wastewater experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.
• Proven background in building and/or site construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
• Lead pre-construction and project close-out activities.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
