Job summary

WES Construction Corp. in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to supervise planning, scheduling, and execution of complex construction projects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in construction management, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with building/site construction. Familiarity with construction management software is required; Water/Wastewater experience is a plus.

Your Role

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
• Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
• Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities.
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A strong, proven background in building and/or site construction work.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• The ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
• A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.
