Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects up to $15 million. You will coordinate safety, budgets, schedules, and trade partners with the Superintendent to drive project success.

Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, managing the schedule, cost control, and ensuring timely close-out. Strong communication and leadership are essential in our IIF culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years leading projects of >$5M; or associate’s degree with 8+ years relevant PM experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control; Prolog, MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and other programs a plus.
• Strong understanding of value engineering, lifecycle costing, and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders for coordination and compliance.
• Maintain detailed schedules with the Superintendent and lead close-out and warranty processes.
• Manage project costs, cash flow, and monthly pay applications; ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
• Lead site meetings, document minutes, and drive collaboration with owners, designers, and trade contractors.
