Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects up to $15 million, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will guide the project team, coordinate with the superintendent, manage budgets and schedules, review drawings and changes, and drive profitability across all phases from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 6+ years of experience managing construction projects with contract values greater than $5 million.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with multiple contract types, including Design-Build.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with the superintendent to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs, and manage change orders.
• Develop and monitor detailed schedules and budgets; control cash flow.
• Prepare monthly pay applications, invoices, and close-out documents; ensure profitability.
