Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects up to $15 million, coordinating safety, budgets, schedules, and trade contractors with the Superintendent. The role emphasizes an Incident and Injury Free culture and strong collaboration with owners and design teams.

The candidate will review drawings and changes, manage procurement, and drive close-out processes while maintaining project logs and ensuring quality per AP standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is required or an associate degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control, and project management software.
• Experience with Prolog, MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage projects up to $15 million, coordinating safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade teams.
• Develop and update detailed construction schedules with the Superintendent.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders for coordination and compliance.
