Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, a leading national contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects up to $15 million, or designated components on large, complex builds. You will guide safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and coordination with trade partners, while collaborating with the Superintendent to lead the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field and 6+ years of experience running construction projects with contract values greater than $5 million.
• Or, completion of an associate’s degree in construction management and 8+ years of relevant project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and implementation of project requirements.
• Prepare and update the detailed construction schedule with the Superintendent.
• Lead the project estimate review, start-up, monthly interim, and close-out meetings.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and cash flows; adjust as needed for profitability.
