• BS degree or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
• 5–10 years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum 5 years in paving, dirt, and grading in private or public projects.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and controls to set budgets.
• Lead estimating on integrated projects for bid-to-build accuracy.
• Manage resources with project team to meet schedules.
• Support bid reviews, feasibility, and bid schedules with the estimating team.
• Develop startup plans with the project team for successful kickoff.
• Ensure safe, profitable execution and proper project reporting.
• Maintain relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and inspectors.
