Job summary

MIRACORP, Inc. seeks a Project Manager IV to lead complex government facility projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment. This role requires directing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with clients and vendors.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, technical expertise on building systems, codes, life safety, and quality assurance, with close collaboration among A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or 10 years’ project experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design and systems.
• Experience managing large government facilities projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with scheduling, cost estimating, and docs interpretation.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale construction and renovation projects from planning to occupancy.
• Develop PM plans, milestones, and ensure codes, safety, sustainability.
• Oversee onsite management, resolve field issues, ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Maintain project docs and manage budget and schedule.
• Attend project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Travel to sites for inspections as needed.
