Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; or an associate's degree with equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years direct PM experience in building construction.
• Experience managing large projects (> $5M).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution teams and develop schedules.
• Monitor costs, billing, and cash flow; manage change orders.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance; coordinate with owners, contractors, and vendors.
