Johnson Controls is hiring a Major Projects Project Manager to lead HVAC controls construction on customer sites in the Building Solutions North America group. Projects typically exceed $1M and require a seasoned professional to manage complexity, schedule, budgeting, and change orders while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with engineers, field teams, and management to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
• PMI/PMP Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls construction projects valued at $1M+ on customer sites.
• Collaborate with owners, sales managers, and branch teams to support strategy, scope, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and within contract scope with positive cash flow.
