Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within Building Automation and Controls. You will guide scope, schedule, cost, and risk while coordinating with product management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative smart building products.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field, 5+ years in project management or engineering, PMP/Scrum Master certification, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field; MS/MBA preferred.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; SDLC experience in software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects defining, developing, and delivering next-gen Smart Building products.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and manufacturing for successful launches.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
