You will oversee end-to-end delivery from scoping to closeout and serve as the primary JLL contact for client facilities and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience as an owner's representative or client-side PM is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.

• Lead project scoping sessions with client stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets from pre-design through closeout.
• Create and maintain master project schedules and manage schedule risks.
• Prepare bid packages and manage competitive bid processes.
• Conduct regular site walks and ensure safety requirements and compliance.
