Job summary

JLL is hiring a Project Manager for Construction in the Cincinnati/Plainfield area. You will oversee large-scale projects from initiation to close, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication with executive stakeholders, rigorous documentation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of project/construction management experience.
• Proven ability to track and manage project budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication with exec-level clients.
• Organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Experience with project management software and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects from start to finish, aligning scope with client objectives.
• Develop project scope documents and schedules within budget.
• Lead weekly meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Oversee contractor activities and coordinate relocations with minimal disruption.
• Prepare status reports and process invoices and PO requests.
