Job summary

MasTec Utility Services seeks a Construction Project Manager to initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate complex infrastructure projects. You will lead subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, prepare progress reports, and drive risk mitigation. 1–4 years PM experience, BS in engineering or related field; PMP/CCM in progress is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• PMP or CCM certification in progress is a plus.
• 1–4 years in project management, with exposure to transmission, substations, or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from proposal through initiation, execution, and closeout.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Develop work plans, define scope, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage project schedules in Primavera and procurement of materials.
• Lead weekly meetings, manage contracts and change orders, and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and coordinate with stakeholders.
