Job summary

You will coordinate scope of work and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of capital improvements.

Responsibilities include tracking progress against budgets and milestones, delivering reports to management, and selecting and managing external consultants or vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of construction supervision or management experience.
• Hands-on construction experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
