Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent in Florida to manage all aspects of construction projects, including apartment renovations and capital improvements. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction, including apartment renovations and interior/exterior projects.
• Direct oversight of apartment renovation process and coordination of scope of work.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of capital improvement projects.
• Track progress against budget and milestones; prepare reports for management.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage external consultants or vendors.
