Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties, headquartered in New York, seeks a Jr Project Manager to support the Albany portfolio by coordinating vacant apartment renovations across identified units. You will ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while delivering quality finishes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Construction Coordinator, managing vendors, tracking progress with photos, and maintaining clear communication with Property Management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth general construction knowledge and ability to troubleshoot infrastructure systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to timelines and budgets.
• Knowledge of local vendors preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Corporate Construction Coordinator to provide information for the Rent Managers scope of work, including user defined fields, amenities, and start/end dates.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of material orders.
• Work with the Construction Coordinator to assign vendors and suppliers for each renovation project.
• Develop a detailed action plan with the Construction Coordinator to complete vacancy renovations within the projected timeline.
• Monitor renovation progress to adhere to timelines and resolve delays.
• Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and Eagle Rock.
• Track and document renovation progress with regular reporting and photos.
• Ensure renovation budgets align with Asset Management parameters and obtain approvals for out-of-scope work.
• Participate in weekly conference calls with Property Management to communicate progress and expectations.
• Oversee quality control throughout the renovation process.
• Review and approve related invoices in AVID.
