Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for multi-family renovation projects. You will oversee design and construction from pre-acquisition through disposition, coordinating with design teams and the Director daily to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires leadership of the design and construction team, managing bids, contracts, and internal reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management and property management.
• Preference for at least 2 years in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and renovation projects from pre-acquisition through disposition.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure scope, budget and schedule adherence.
• Prepare and review monthly draws and project status reports for internal stakeholders.
• Lead meetings at schematic and design development stages to communicate plans clearly.
• Manage owner-furnished items and ensure timely procurement within approved budgets.
