Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Delaware seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction, including apartment renovations and interior/exterior projects. You will coordinate scope of work and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of capital improvements.

Responsibilities include tracking progress against budgets and milestones, delivering reports to management, and selecting and managing external consultants or vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of construction supervision or management experience.
• Hands-on construction experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Contruction Project Manager position.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, including but not limited to apartment renovations, and interior and exterior construction projects. Direct oversight of the apartment renovation process by coordinating scope of work and oversight of subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned capital improvement projects. Track progress against budget and performance milestones, prepare and deliver reports to management, as well as select, negotiate with, and manage activities of external consultants or vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of seven years of construction supervisor or management experience
• Hands on construction experience is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$72,672.00 - $91,480.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
