Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of construction supervisor or management experience.
• Hands on construction experience is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction, including apartment renovations and interior/exterior projects.
• Direct oversight of the apartment renovation process by coordinating scope of work and supervision of subcontractors.
• Track progress against budget and performance milestones; prepare and deliver reports to management.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage activities of external consultants or vendors.
