Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Project Manager in Weatherford, TX for direct hire. You will independently manage standard to moderately complex construction projects from startup through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires coordinating drawings, submittals, procurement, and field resources, with travel 1–3 days per week. Effective communication with clients and teams is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education/experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from startup through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including CPM and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate drawings, submittals, procurement, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and engineering requirements.
• Partner with Superintendents to monitor field progress and resources.
• Lead preconstruction and project meetings covering scope, safety, quality, schedule, and logistics.
