Job summary

Imperial Construction is seeking a Project Manager to independently lead the planning, execution, financial management, and closeout of commercial construction projects in Weatherford. You will partner with clients, superintendents, design teams, and vendors to keep projects safe, organized, profitable, and on schedule.

The right candidate will have strong knowledge of project financials and scheduling, with a track record of resolving issues before they impact cost or schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred but not required.
• Relevant commercial construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning and startup through closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to align field operations with schedules, safety, quality, and contracts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, design teams, vendors, and internal project team members.
• Lead owner meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal planning discussions.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, procurement activities, and long-lead material tracking.
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, POs, change orders, billings, pay apps.
