Job summary

Consigli Construction in Milford, MA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives. You will oversee proposal work, preconstruction activities, budgeting, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.

You will mentor staff, manage RFIs and submittals, and drive cost control, cash flow, and timely closeout while ensuring safety and quality on site. Five+ years PM experience and OSHA training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Experience with cost management software (Timberline, Sage) and scheduling software (Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Involvement and support throughout the proposal and preconstruction processes.
• Coordinate with estimating and purchasing during procurement/buy-out phase.
• Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates.
• Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings; manage minutes.
