Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Senior PMs on all project aspects in Milford, MA. You will focus on document control, RFIs, submittals, material delivery tracking, and coordination with subcontractors and design teams.

Responsibilities include cost/change management, project reporting, and close collaboration with Owners, OPMs, and the design team to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of construction PM experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Procore, Timberline/Sage or Primavera P6 experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for Owners, OPMs, and Design Teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Support cost and change management; prepare and present reports.
• Assist with estimates and bids for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee Project Engineer and document control activities (RFIs, submittals, delivery tracking).
• Mentor and train supporting team members, including Project Engineers.
• Maintain relations with subcontractors and track submittal and material deliveries.
• Ensure contracts and insurance are in place before work begins.
