Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple electrical construction projects.

You will lead a team of project managers and assistant project managers, drive business development, and maintain relationships with customers. You will ensure adherence to safety protocols, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with clients, designers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required or equivalent experience.
• PE license is a plus and highly valued.
• Typically 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and field-to-office coordination.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies and performance standards aligned to client needs.
• Supervise multiple PMs and project staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train and mentor project teams in company systems and processes.
• Negotiate change orders and manage project logs and tracking.
• Coordinate with client, A/E and subcontractors to maintain schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage progress billing.
