Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager in electrical construction to lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple projects. You will supervise a team of project managers and assistants, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years in project management, preferably electrical construction.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Business development / heavy client interaction a plus.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle and Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise Project Managers and project staff on daily tasks.
• Train and mentor project teams in company systems and philosophy.
• Negotiate and oversee change orders.
• Maintain logs to track progress and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
