Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group in Dickinson, ND seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead core project management activities on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

You will drive safety culture, preconstruction coordination, subcontractor buyout, submittals, and schedule development while collaborating with owners, designers, vendors and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage prestart process and subcontractor buyout.
• Support preconstruction with estimates, scheduling, and bid packages.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and sample approvals.
• Develop and update project schedule; manage materials and procurement.
• Lead monthly progress and OAC meetings; report status and profitability.
• Closeout project per best practices; interface with legal counsel as needed.
