Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project professionals to deliver end-to-end project results.
• Oversees project execution, monitors progress, and escalates complex issues to ensure on-time completion and quality.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors in line with project requirements and sequences.
• Maintains project financials, contract administration, risk management, and compliance documentation to achieve financial targets.
