DPR Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance on complex projects in Colorado Springs. You will coordinate with clients, designers, and trade partners, drive risk management, and mentor engineers and PMs within DPR’s framework.

Required: 7–10 years in construction PM, with at least 5 years in leadership; BS in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7-10 years in construction project management, including 5 years in leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full project lifecycle from award to final completion.
• Direct project teams and ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Build and maintain client, designer and trade partner relationships.
• Review major decisions with budgets, contracts and schedules in coordination with senior leadership.
• Lead risk management and mitigation planning with DPR standards.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback.
