Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives, manage project engineers and assistants, and drive end-to-end delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with schedule, scope, and budget.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement, with accountability for financial performance and contract administration. The successful candidate will mentor staff and uphold DPR’s standards on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of construction project professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and monitor progress.
• Procure project-related materials and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Superintendent to lead quality and safety programs.
