Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury‑free environment.
• Manages prestart process and assists preconstruction with quantity takeoff and bid development.
• Leads buyout schedule, verifies pricing, and manages subcontractor selection.
• Coordinates submittal schedule, reviews shop drawings, and ensures timely responses.
• Prepares monthly cost/margin forecasts and supports budget development.
