Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager for the Project Management division in Bangor, AL.

The PM will serve as the main contact for Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects and Subcontractors, overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resources, and safety. This role reports to the Project Executive, with supervisory duties and a focus on business development, marketing initiatives, proposals, and interviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Experience with cost management and scheduling software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Involvement and support throughout the proposal and preconstruction processes.
• Work closely with estimating and purchasing during procurement/buy-out phase.
• Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates.
• Review and management of project team and staffing requirements.
• Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings; manage minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Oversee project financials including cost reporting, requisitions, and invoices.
• Budget forecasting and change management, including dispute negotiation.
• Represent Consigli with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors.
