Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to act as the main contact and corporate representative for stakeholders including Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors in Bangor, Maine.

You will oversee the project from initiation through closeout, managing budget, schedule, risk, resources and safety while delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports business development and proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with cost/scheduling/construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, risk, resources and safety.
• Lead meetings with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors; prepare minutes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with estimating and purchasing during procurement and buy-out phases.
• Manage project controls: RFIs, submittals and material delivery tracking.
• Monitor subcontractor agreements and insurance certificates; ensure compliance before work starts.
• Drive project profitability via change management and proactive issue resolution.
• Mentor team members and support training and development.
