Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. in Maine is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the project lifecycle, including budget, cost, schedule, risk and safety, while representing the firm to Owners, OPMs, developers, architects and subcontractors.

The PM will manage procurement, change control, meetings, and cash flow, mentor staff, and contribute to business development and interviews. A 5+ year background in construction project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or a similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred; proficiency with cost, scheduling and CM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project life cycle from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, cost, schedule and safety.
• Attend and run project meetings; manage minutes and communication with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement, change management, and field coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple team members on large or multiple projects.
• Support business development, marketing initiatives, and proposal preparation.
