Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager in Connecticut to serve as the main point of contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

You will oversee the full project life cycle, including budget, schedule, risk, and safety, while driving business development and client satisfaction. The role reports to the Project Executive, requires 5+ years in construction PM, and involves mentoring staff and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involvement and leadership throughout proposal and preconstruction processes.
• Coordinate with estimating/purchasing during procurement/buy-out phase.
• Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates.
• Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings and prepare minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting and invoicing.
