Job summary

You will act as the main corporate representative to Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors, managing budget, schedule, risk, resources, and safety while delivering exceptional client service. The role involves leading the Raving Fans initiative, supporting business development, and coordinating with Estimating, Purchasing, and Field teams to ensure timely project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred; familiarity with Timberline, Primavera P6, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Oversee project lifecycle: budget, schedule, risk, and safety.
• Lead meetings (OAC) and document minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on goals, budget and schedule.
• Manage project controls, RFIs, submittals, and material delivery.
• Support business development, including marketing and proposals.
• Mentor staff and assist in training.
• Ensure subcontractors' contracts and insurance are in place.
