Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Project Manager II to lead all construction activities for major projects at SP Red Hill. You will manage site administration, permits, schedules, and contractor coordination to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree with 15+ years of industry experience and 10+ years in construction management, with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor onsite teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, or equivalent, with 15+ years experience in the industry.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction management and managing large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site administration, permits, licences and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate site security, warehousing, and material laydown areas.
• Develop construction plans, schedules, and resource-loaded sequences for commissioning and turnover.
• Direct engagement with on-site contractors and subcontractors to deliver works on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with Sibelco policies and standards.
