Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Mining Construction Manager to oversee onsite construction for a large mining EPCM project. This full-time position can be based anywhere in the United States, preferably in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, or Alaska.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction and a strong commitment to safety. Candidates will manage contractors, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor junior staff, contributing to WSP’s mining EPCM practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction or mining infrastructure.
• Demonstrated hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings.
• Understanding of heap leach pad construction and related environmental controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction oversight for mine infrastructure and processing facilities.
• Manage construction contractors and subcontractors' performance.
• Coordinate closely with design engineers and stakeholders.
