Job summary

Sibelco North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead on-site construction activities for major projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires an engineering degree and extensive construction management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.

You will oversee planning, execution, and turnover, delivering turnkey solutions while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, or equivalent 15+ years industry experience
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Management and/or equivalent experience managing large, complex projects
• Experience in construction trade and superintendent roles

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of site administration by arranging permits/licences and monitoring compliance
• Develop construction management plan and resource-loaded schedule for commissioning
• Direct engagement and management of onsite contractors and subcontractors
• Provide input into contractor selection and resource planning
• Deliver construction works on time and within budget per contract and drawings
• Turnover of Care, Custody and Control to operations and maintain as-built records
