Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related experience.
- 8+ years in a leadership role in industrial manufacturing environment or related industry to Glass Recycling.
- Experience with turnaround challenges; bilingual (Spanish) speaking preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production, maintenance and engineering functions.
- Ensure the safety of plant personnel and lead safety programs.
- Optimize operations to improve quality, reduce costs and increase yield.
- Manage budgets, OPEX and CAPEX; report on performance.
- Develop supervisors and operators through coaching and delegation.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement across the plant.
