Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities in a 24/7 production environment. You will coordinate technicians, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders in SAP, managing preventive maintenance, and leading root-cause analyses to reduce downtime while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with conveyor systems and electrical maintenance.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Coordinate and close maintenance work orders in SAP and manage preventive maintenance.
• Lead and supervise internal technicians and third-party contractors.
• Drive safety initiatives and support continuous improvement projects.
