Pulice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a single project from start to finish, ensuring budget adherence, resource coordination, and on-time delivery. You will manage contract requirements, owner expectations, and maintain a robust production schedule with a focus on quality.

You will collaborate with engineers, schedulers, and field teams to resolve conflicts, manage risk, and drive project success while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; Primavera P6 experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, staffing, and equipment.
• Oversees contract compliance and coordinates with owner and stakeholders.
• Leads change orders, risk review, and monthly cost/revenue reporting.
• Ensures safety and quality, and conducts project closeout procedures.
• Acts as main contact for landowners, government agencies, and subcontractors.
