Job summary

Pulice is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technically complex projects in San Antonio, Texas. You will manage all aspects of the project from construction to budget and ensure timely completion. The role requires 15+ years in construction project management and proven skills in risk management and interpersonal relationships.

The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with project specifications while promoting effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in construction project management required.
• 10+ years' experience in managing personnel required.
• Proven experience in bid-build and alternative delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project from construction to budget.
• Develop and manage project schedule and staffing needs.
• Lead project closeout procedures and conduct project debriefs.
