Pulice is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead heavy civil construction projects in a dynamic environment. You will plan work methods, coordinate crews, and ensure adherence to contract drawings and safety standards while optimizing production and schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in heavy civil construction, 5+ years in construction management, and a strong ability to read plans, assess risks, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Knowledge of reading, interpreting standards and contract plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs and schedules.
• Review project specs and assist with job set up.
• Coordinate with crews, field engineers and utility companies.
• Identify hazardous areas on site and ensure safety protocols.
• Coordinate with equipment teams and vendors to meet budget and schedule.
• Forecast schedules and propose mitigation for production issues.
• Supervise sub-contractor production and adjust schedules as needed.
