Job summary

Pulice seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a single complex project from initiation to closeout. You will manage the budget, schedule, and cash flow while coordinating project personnel to ensure timely delivery and quality, in collaboration with owners and stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in construction PM with 5+ years leading teams, a Engineering-related degree, and a valid driver’s license. Strong Excel and Primavera P6 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management and 5+ years managing personnel.
• Experience with coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and budgets.
• Driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and relational skills.
