Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management required.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing personnel required.
• Strong ability to identify, track and manage project risks.
• Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project including construction and budget.
• Develop and manage project schedule and procedures.
• Oversee engineering and scheduling teams for change orders.
• Maintain relationships with third-party stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct reviews.
