Job summary

Pulice, a leading construction firm, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to closely monitor cost data and keep projects on budget. You will track production schedules, review designs and material requirements, and provide input for work plans and risk mitigation.

You will lead engineering teams, manage cost reporting and scheduling, and ensure QA and safety compliance across active projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 7+ years in construction engineering and a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years construction engineering experience.
• Experience managing construction engineering teams.
• Proven skill managing engineering teams in a design build or other alternative build project.
• Knowledge of financial reporting methods and cost coding.

Responsibilities

• Meet with engineering team to review production schedule and confirm materials, equipment, and resources.
• Evaluate weekly and monthly production, schedule and budget projections to track project performance.
• Initiate and manages RFIs and supporting documentation.
• Remit accurate project quantities and manage invoicing with accounting for materials and subcontractor needs.
• Review certificates, permits, and Job Hazard Analyses to ensure safety and compliance.
