Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Kansas City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership and direction for highly complex projects, owning outcomes and profitability in alignment with our strategy and values. You will lead safety culture, manage preconstruction activities, schedule, budget, subcontracts, and stakeholder coordination, while applying Lean principles and delivering results across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the company’s safety culture and mentor staff.
• Oversee preconstruction estimates, buyout, and subcontractor selection.
• Manage submittal, change order, and schedule processes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, GMP/hard bids and Lean-based schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
