Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage preconstruction activities including takeoff, coordination and bids.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and procurement logs.
• Coordinate stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, and design teams.
• Prepare change requests and obtain approvals from owner/architect.
