Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart checklist form and preconstruction activities including takeoffs and bid packages.
• Coordinates with subs, owner, design team, vendors, and field to align on schedule and scope.
• Develops and manages project schedule, budget, and procurement/logistics; reviews change requests.
• Leads monthly project reviews, progress meetings, and closeout processes.
